The Agricultural Challenge
Low Profitability
Farmers face critical financial pressure due to extensive labor shortages, especially during critical operations periods, driving up labor costs while reducing yields and quality, creating an unsustainable economic cycle for agricultural families.
Mechanization Gap
Despite proven benefits, farmers of all size categories encounter substantial financial and knowledge barriers to accessing modern agricultural equipment, widening the productivity divide across farm sizes and regions of low and high labor availability.
Skilled Labor Shortage
Rural communities experience an accelerating exodus of skilled workers, leaving farms without qualified equipment operators and technicians essential for mechanising agricultural operations.
Post-Harvest Losses
Up to 50% of crop value disappears between sowing and harvest due to inadequate knowledge of agronomic processes and availability of crop-specific machinery, dramatically reducing farmers' potential income and food security.
Our Innovative Solutions

Crop-Specific Bots
Customized autonomous solutions including Sugarbot, Ricebot, Cottonbot, and Pulsebot, engineered precisely for India's diverse agricultural landscape and major crop varieties.

End-to-End Services
Undertake integrated crop production works, spanning the entire farming cycle - from precision sowing and inter-cultivation operations to efficient harvesting - creating a seamless mechanized ecosystem, enabling farmers to achieve hassle-free production.

Specialized Equipment - Rice
Precision-engineered machinery including our revolutionary Rice Direct Hill Seeder, versatile Wet and Dry Inter-cultivator, and innovative activity-specific implements tailored for optimal rice production, including wide-span height-adjustable sprayers, enabling pin-pointed chemical sprays, increasing effectiveness and reducing soil and air contamination.

Specialized Equipment - Sugarcane
Unique and globally one-of-its-kind set of precise and efficiently performing machinery including our Seedling Planter and versatile multi-faceted machine that performs de-tillering of lateral tillers, root-zone fertilizer application, ridge forming, weeding, detrashing, stalk binding with propping. Combined with our full-length cane harvester that bundles harvested cane, this delivers ideal crop-specific equipment for optimal sugarcane cultivation.
Power Train Efficiency
Power Train Efficiency
Our sugarcane machinery is driven by all types of electric motors (conventional, servo, axial flux, in-wheel hub motors) supported by onboard lightweight diesel generators. This method provides for maximization of traction power compared to direct drive diesel engines, thereby achieving fuel efficiency and reducing carbon emissions.
The Next Level
The special design feature of our sugarcane machinery, based on a flatbed chassis system, is constructed so that it can be easily adapted to AI-driven autonomous and remote-controlled machines performing all activities required for entire sugarcane production operations.
Strategic Partnerships
Powerful industry collaborations with Akshaya Agri Equipment and Services Pvt Ltd. delivering cutting-edge mechanical equipment excellence and Indus Automation Technologies providing sophisticated electronic automation and control integration.
Our Developed Products - Rice
Rice Direct Hill Seeder
Enabling direct sowing of rice seeds with advanced precision hill sowing seeding system cum synchronized fertilizer dispenser that optimizes seed spacing and seed depth while ensuring precise nutrient placement. Reduces seed and fertilizer usage by 30%, while boosting germination rates, early crop establishment and yields.
Wet and Dry Inter-cultivator
Dual-mode weed management technology engineered to perform flawlessly across varied soil moisture levels, from waterlogged paddy fields to dry upland conditions. Significantly reduces herbicide requirements while cutting labor costs by up to 60%.
Wet and Dry Precision Sprayer
The adjustable spray nozzle systems attached to height-adjustable sprayer arms achieve precision spraying directly onto the plant canopy while delivering low to high volumes based on stage of plant growth and canopy levels. This greatly reduces chemical use and prevents soil degradation.
Our Developed Products - Sugarcane
Full-length Cane Harvester with Bundling and Baling Systems
Our innovative sugarcane harvester can harvest up to 11 ft long cane after detasseling, gather the harvested cane into the storage chamber and discharge up to 200 canes while baling them into bundles for easy loading. The machine weighs only 2.5 tons compared to heavier alternatives and reduces soil compaction while maintaining strong harvesting capacity.
Inter-cultivator
Multi-mode machine that performs weeding, de-tillering of lateral tillers, fertilizer application under the soil and at root zone, and ridge forming support in a single run, helping farmers reduce operational costs.
Cane Management Equipment
Comprehensive suite of specialized implements including leaf trimming solutions, stalk binding systems, cane propping systems, and mechanized pest control spraying systems to improve yields, nutrient use, and cane quality.
Overview:
Designed specifically to overcome the labor-intensive challenges of sugarcane cultivation, our suite of Sugarcane Cultivation and Management tools helps farmers reduce cost of cultivation, achieve higher yields while improving crop quality, and gain higher acceptability by the sugar industry due to delivery of full-length cane as against cut pieces.
